研報掘金|中信證券:首予太古地產“買入”評級 目標價20港元
中信證券發佈研究報吿稱,首予太古地產“買入”評級,預測公司2023/2024/2025年經調整淨利潤每股收益分別為1.43/1.37/1.45港元,目標價20港元。公司是市場稀缺的兼具歷史積澱與進取精神的綜合開發運營商。該行認為公司有望依託在手超過200萬平米的核心城市優質投資物業實現穿越週期的穩定收益,該行也看好公司慷慨的派息政策與進取的千億港元投資計劃為公司帶來的突出投資價值。長期視角下,公司千億港元投資計劃進展順利,該行測算,截至2023年9月底,公司在中國香港及內地所有項目(含在建、規劃中)的權益總建築面積較2022年底公司已開業項目分別增長7.5%和69.8%,公司也宣佈目標在2032年將中國內地項目總面積較2022年擴大1倍。該行相信隨着公司在建投資物業陸續開業,公司可持續穩定盈利能力將得到進一步提升。
