摩通CEO戴蒙明年起出售100萬股股票 引發退休憂慮
摩根大通(JPM.US)周五在聲明中表示,首席執行官戴蒙(Jamie Dimon)證實將於明年開始出售他所持有的摩通100萬股股票,以實現金融多元化和稅務規劃,引發市場擔憂67歲的戴蒙或考慮退休。摩通下跌逾2%。
戴蒙自2005年起領導摩通,除行使選擇權等技術原因外,從未出售過摩通股票,亦曾增購摩通的股票。
聲明中稱,戴蒙仍然相信摩通前景非常強勁,他及其家人目前持有摩通約860萬股,另外亦擁有與56.2萬股相關未歸屬績效股份單位和與150萬股相關的股票增值權。
