格隆匯10月17日丨和輝光電(688538.SH)公佈,基於對公司未來發展的信心以及對公司長期投資價值的認可,公司部分董事及高級管理人員擬自2023年10月30日(公司第三季度報吿窗口期後的第一個交易日)起6個月內通過上海證券交易所交易系統以集中競價方式增持公司股份,合計增持金額不低於人民幣500萬元。
本次增持主體包括:公司董事長傅文彪先生,董事、總經理劉惠然先生,副總經理陳志宏先生、梁曉先生、張斌先生,總會計師、董事會祕書李鳳玲女士。
