內房物管股普遍隨大市反彈 遠洋及恆大回升16%-22%
據報中國政府正考慮增加2023年預算赤字,並發行1萬億元人民幣債務,以支持經濟實現國家增長目標。港股連升第五天,恆指在權重金融股及科技股主導,午後升幅曾擴至357點或2%高見18,022,現報17,956,續升292點或1.6%,總成交額648億元。 內房普遍跟隨大市反彈,據報再被強制執行8.2億人民幣的中國恆大(03333.HK)午後曾急彈32%至0.35元,現報0.325元,急彈22.6%。遠洋集團(03377.HK)重越10天線,午後曾急彈28%高見0.52元,現報0.47元,急彈16%。 合生創展(00754.HK)、綠城(03900.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、融創中國(01918.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)及富力(02777.HK)彈逾3%-5%,後兩者彈力最強,股價午後曾高見0.81元及1.25元,現報0.79元及1.22元,齊彈逾5%。旭輝(00884.HK)、佳兆業(01638.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)及寶龍地產(01238.HK)彈約4%-6%。 中國金茂(00817.HK)四連升,最高見1.04元,現報1.02元,續升5.2%。美的置業(03990.HK)、越秀地產(00123.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)及上月合同銷售額年減13%的藍籌潤地(01109.HK)升逾1.5%-2%,後者兩連升,股價重越10天線,最高見31.1元,現報30.7元,續彈2.3%。 物管股以綠城服務(02869.HK)、藍籌碧桂園服務(06098.HK)、融創服務(01516.HK)、新城悅服務(01755.HK)、遠洋服務(06677.HK)、時代鄰里(09928.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)、藍籌華潤萬象(01209.HK)、雅生活(03319.HK)及合景悠活(03913.HK)升逾2%-5.5%,後兩者跑贏報4.54元及0.56元。 越秀服務(06626.HK)及保利物業(06049.HK)回升1.7%,股價曾分別高見2.94元及32.3元。然而,中海物業(02669.HK)扭三連升,股價反覆回吐4.4%報8.47元,一舉失100天、250天、10天及20天線(8.5-8.85元)。
