《大行報告》大和:追蹤內地城市黃金周銷售面積按年跌17% 一線城市上海及廣州銷售回升
大和發表研究報告指出,中國房地產指數系統(CREIS)追蹤的35個城市於內地十一黃金周期間(9月29日至10月6日)的新房銷售面積按年跌17%,較2019年同期跌24%,反映政策持續放寬下,銷售表現仍然低迷。各城市持續呈現銷售差異化,當中一線城市尤其是上海及廣州的銷售回升。
長期而言,該行看好越秀地產(00123.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK),另認為龍湖地產(00960.HK)及新城發展(01030.HK)在政策支持下有交易機會。
