《內地樓市》惠州推出促進房地產市場穩定健康發展13項措施
惠州市住建局、自然資源局、房屋公積金管理中心聯合印發《關於印發促進本市房地產市場平穩健康發展若幹措施的通知》,提出加大金融信貸支持力道、加大住房公積金支持力度、優化房屋交易流程、開展住房團購活動、進一步完善商品房價格指導制度、優化預售資金監管、調整開發企業代繳住宅專項維修資金時間等13條措施,協助該市更好適應房地產市場供需關係新情勢,充分提振房地產市場預期信心,激發市場主體活力。 在加大金融信用支持力道方面,落實「認屋不認貸」及「階段性放寬首套房屋商業性個人房屋貸款利率下限」政策,更大程度滿足剛性和改善性房屋購屋者合理融資需求。鼓勵在惠各商業銀行依法有序調整存量個人房屋貸款利率,引導個人房屋貸款利率和首付比例下行,穩定居民消費預期。 加大住宅公積金支持力道方面,生育二孩及以上的職工家庭購買首套自住住房且首次申請個人住房公積金貸款的,最高貸款額度在該市住房公積金貸款最高額度的基礎上浮20%,即個人最高貸款額度爲48萬元人民幣(下同),夫妻雙方共同貸款最高貸款額度爲72萬元。 上述通知自即日起施行。
