《內地樓市》碧桂園(02007.HK)累計交付房屋逾38萬套
碧桂園(02007.HK)在官方微信公眾號披露,截至9月15日,累計交付房屋共38.1萬套,累計交付面積約4,686萬平方米,交付項目涉及31個省份、231個城市,部分項目實現提前交付。
今年上半年,碧桂園累計驗收通過工法樣板工序2.11萬個,交付評估通過率93%,維修服務滿意度穩步提升7%,房屋質量滿意度提升4%。
公司7月曾表示,今年將交付70萬套房屋,將完成保交樓、保民生的政治任務放在首位。
