據報螞蟻集團斥資5.9億元成為南韓Toss Payments第二大股東
據南韓《韓國經濟新聞》引述消息人士指,螞蟻集團斥資約1,000億韓圜,折合約5.9億港元,成為南韓金融科技平台Toss集團旗下支付服務子公司Toss Payments的第二大股東,預期螞蟻集團未來將加強拓展海外支付業務。
報道指,螞蟻集團近期收購Toss Payments大股東、特殊目的收購公司(SAPC) Blitzfast的約72%股權,從而間接持有Toss Payments約36%股權,另外亦參與該公司的數百億韓圜新股發行,合計於Toss Payments的持股增至約40%。
螞蟻集團自2017年起一直與南韓Kakao集團旗下Kakao Pay持續合作,螞蟻集團旗下支付寶為Kakao Pay第二大股東,持股約34.7%。今年螞蟻集團亦通過與Zero Pay及Naver Pay合作,擴大在當地的業務範圍。
