華潤置地14.7億人幣競得三亞商用地 料將打造三亞超級萬象城二期
內媒報道,三亞海棠灣國家海岸休閒園區HT07-02-02地塊掛牌時間截止,僅有一輪出價,由華潤置地母公司BOOM GO GROUP競得。該地塊為商務金融用地,起始價為14.68億元人民幣(下同),截止報價為14.68億元。
該地塊總面積16.88萬平方米,最大可規劃計容建面約33.76萬平方米,成交樓面價約每平方米4,348元。據出讓公告,宗地自持比例不低於85%(宗地中15%的商務金融用地為非自持,剩餘零售商業混合娛樂用地均為全自持)。同時,禁止將項目變相改造為具備長期居住功能的「類住宅」建築的行為。
內內媒引述分析預期,該地塊將用於建設三亞超級萬象城二期,與華潤置地去年競得的HT07-02-01地塊(超級萬象城1期)統一規劃開發。
