聯合包裹(UPS.US)稱新勞資合約致下半年開支增加5億美元
美國快遞公司聯合包裹(UPS.US)披露,與美國逾34萬名卡車司機聯盟(Teamsters)會員的勞資合約,將導致公司於截至2028年7月底止五年內,每年工資及福利開支複合增長率達3.3%,當中46%成本增加將於第一年落實。今年下半年勞資合約成本將較公司預計多約5億美元。
根據協議,現有員工時薪將即時上調2.75美元,五年合約期累計加薪7.5美元。至2028年全職司機平均頂薪為時薪49美元,總計報酬為年薪約17萬美元。現有兼職員工屆時時薪最少25.75美元,並附有醫療保健及退休福利。新入職兼職員工時薪起步點上月起由16.2美元上調至21美元,在2028年將再上調至23美元。
