格隆匯8月31日丨蘇墾農發(601952.SH)公佈,江蘇省大華種業集團有限公司(簡稱“大華種業”)是公司的二級全資子公司,江蘇省徐州大華種業有限公司是大華種業的全資子公司。為積極響應國家種子振興的發展戰略,大華種業大力拓展種業市場,以貨幣出資方式對徐州大華增資人民幣4,000萬元。其中,3,724.92萬元計入註冊資本,275.08萬元計入資本公積。增資後,徐州大華註冊資本增加至人民幣5,000萬元,仍為大華種業的全資子公司。
