創新奇智(02121.HK)攜手中國信通院雲大所於人工智能領域開展合作
格隆匯8月24日丨創新奇智(02121.HK)公吿，於2023年8月24日，公司與中國信息通信研究院雲計算與大數據研究所("中國信通院雲大所")簽署戰略合作協議。
董事會認為，在中國製造業由數量和規模擴張向質量和效益提升轉變的關鍵期，人工智能等數字技術為製造業高質量發展提供了廣闊的升級空間，也為雙方奠定了堅實長遠的合作基礎。公司與中國信通院雲大所達成戰略合作，將充分發揮各自優勢，在AI技術研究和AI製造業融合等領域共享共建，探索AI產業化落地，攜手加速產業數智化轉型，助力製造業高質量發展。
根據戰略合作協議，雙方將：1.共同開展人工智能領域在細分行業的技術和產業研究，公司將參與中國信息通信研究院軟科學課題研究、報吿白皮書的編制工作，貢獻產業經驗和力量，共同輸出相關研究成果；2.共同探討和搭建可信AI評估評測平台，持續深化相關標準體系建設，共同輸出研究成果，公司將深度參加評估評測相關工作，促進AI技術產品的標準化發展；3.在人工智能賦能行業方面開展相關生態合作，聯合推進行業合作及交流，就人工智能技術的最新發展趨勢和製造、金融業等典型行業的應用情況等共享相關信息。以共同成立工作組等形式搭建產業交流合作平台，通過技術沙龍、論壇等形式，充分調動行業關注度，持續推進人工智能領域的技術創新、推動AI賦能行業場景。
