北京首都機場(00694.HK)申請註冊票據及融券最多80億元人幣
北京首都機場(00694.HK)公布,已於昨日(16日)向中國銀行間市場交易商協會,申請註冊總額不超過80億元人民幣(下同)的中期票據及超短期融資券,目前未確定申請何時獲批。
籌集資金將用於償還債務及補充日常營運資金。有關申請包括註冊40億元中期票據並分期發行,其中申請發行本金15億元的首期中期票據;另外註冊總額不超過40億元的超短期融資券並分期發行,其中申請發行本金10億元的首期超短期融資券。
首期中期票據及超短期融資券的票面利率為固定利率,透過集中簿記建檔程序釐定。
