榮陽實業(02078.HK)預計上半年錄得純利約50萬港元
格隆匯8月11日丨榮陽實業(02078.HK)公佈,預期集團於截至2023年6月30日止六個月將會錄得純利約50萬港元,與截至2022年6月30日止六個月純利約40萬港元相若。
主要由於鋁錠平均價格下降,導致於2023年上半年銷售平均價格較2022年同期有所下降,加上COVID-19後的長期影響導致全球經濟增長放緩以及銷量下降,董事會預期,收入將會較2022年同期大幅減少約50%。
儘管收入減少,然而,預期集團的純利狀況於截至2023年6月30日止六個月內將得以維持,主要原因為(i)營運效率改善以及嚴格之成本控制,導致毛利率持續改善;(ii)由於若干海外辦事處已於2022年終止,以致分銷及銷售開支減少;(iii)由於集團借款之平均結餘較2022年同期有所減少,導致財務成本有所減少;(iv)轉回貿易應收款項預期信用虧損準備;及(v)出售附屬公司的收益,抵銷出售固定資產的虧損。
