《盈警響號》翼辰實業(01596.HK)料上半年盈轉虧 蝕3,350萬人幣
翼辰實業(01596.HK)發盈警,預期上半年錄得合併淨虧損約3,350萬元人民幣(下同),較去年同期合併淨利潤7,430萬元,減少1.08億元。
公司認為,集團經營業績轉差主要由於截至今年上半年與交易性金融資產相關的公允價值變動虧損約1.07億元所致,而截至去年上半年則錄得有關該等資產的公允價值變動收益約580萬元。有關公允價值變動虧損主要由於公司於期內出售的香港上市公司股票的價格變動(截至出售之日止)所致,其為導致集團上半年營業利潤有所減少的主要因素。
