于品海前妻及兒子所持南海控股(00680.HK)9.4%抵押股份轉讓予中信資本
本地傳媒《香港01》母公司南海控股(00680.HK)出現股權變動,聯交所權益披露資料顯示,主席于品海的前妻龔愛明及兒子于本熙共同透過公司權益持有的64.61億股南海股份,佔已發行股份約9.41%,已在近日轉讓予中信資本旗下公司Infinite Benefits Limited。轉讓完成後,于本熙不再持有南海任何股份,而龔愛明則持有6,940萬股,佔約0.1%。
以公布停牌前報3.5港仙計,該批股份市值約2.26億元。
