據報國泰(00293.HK)因缺乏訓練人員 見習機師暫調地勤崗位
近日有報道指國泰(00293.HK)試行新安排,要求新加入的見習機師在正式入職二副機師前,須於機場任職地勤崗位,爲期兩個月,作爲入職前培訓一部分。
《星島日報》則引述消息人士指,相關安排主因是國泰於疫情期間流失大量外籍資深機師,導致缺乏人手培訓見習機師,因此爲免出現人員閒置的情況,纔將見習機師暫時派至相對容易「上手」的地勤崗位。
國泰回覆指,新安排於今年6月開始試行,相關安排會擴闊見習機師的專業知識及事業發展。(gc/u)
