格隆匯7月30日丨美達股份(000782.SZ)公佈,公司於2023年7月30日收到實際控制人李堅之先生出具的《關於不謀求控制權和不可撤銷的放棄表決權承諾函之補充承諾》,李堅之自2023年7月30日起36個月(若本次發行順利實施則順延至本次發行完成之日起36個月)內放棄其通過青島昌盛日電新能源控股有限公司(稱“昌盛日電”)持有的34,300,000股上市公司股份(佔本次發行前上市公司股份總數的6.49%)對應的表決權。
