恒大汽車(00708.HK)2021年度營業額大跌83.66% 淨虧損562.75億元
格隆匯7月26日丨恒大汽車(00708.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團的營業額為人民幣25.31億元，相比2020年的營業額人民幣154.87億元大幅減少83.66%；毛虧為人民幣8.32億元，而2020年則錄得毛利人民幣27.90億元；公司擁有人應占虧損為人民幣562.75億元，同期則虧損為73.94億元，基本每股虧損為人民幣585.319元。
公吿稱，營業額的減少主要是由於健康管理分部的收入減少所致。該分部養生空間銷售收入從2020年的人民幣152.68億元減少84.36%到2021年的人民幣23.88億元，主要是由於為了維持集團的現金流以及整體市場環境下行而增加折扣銷售養生空間數量。然而，也有以下方面分部收入增加：(i)醫療美容和健康管理產生的收入(包括從本集團的醫院產生的服務收入)從人民幣3096萬元增加到人民幣6377萬元；以及(ii)租金收入從人民幣54萬元增加到人民幣672萬元，主要是由於居民和訂閲會員的數量增加。
報吿期內，集團的新能源汽車分部產生的收入有所減少，從2020年的人民幣1.88億元減少61.41%到人民幣7238萬元。主要是由於預計新電池產品將再進一步改型升級導致電池銷售收入減少，且於報吿期內清理集團原有電池庫存的原因所致。另一方面，技術服務產生的收入保持相對穩定，2020年為人民幣6050萬元，2021年為人民幣6071萬元，其中：NEVS提供技術服務的收入為人民幣3291萬元，Protean提供技術服務的收入為人民幣1938萬元。
目前，集團新能源汽車分部正朝着計劃目標穩步推進。未來，集團將全力推動恒馳5的量產及交付。集團將繼續加強研發投入，夯實研發基礎，在加快核心技術研發引領智能電動汽車技術創新發展的同時，亦將繼續專注於新車型的研發，為用户提供更多融合科技美學的前瞻性智能電動車產品。同時，集團將快速推動天津製造基地達到規劃產能。
