《本地樓市》建造業議會料未來十年本港建造業總工程量每年達2,400億至3,750億元
建造業議會表示,基於公營和私營界別最新的市場狀況、疫後發展及相關數據,預計未來十年香港建造業的總工程量每年將達2,400億元至3,750億元。
建造業議會執行總監鄭定寧表示,過去數年,基本工程開支一直維持在每年約800億元的水平,並預計在未來幾年會持續增長至每年超過1,000億元。連同私人市場,建造業整體工程量在過去數年一直維持在每年約2,500億元的水平,並將會增長至每年約3,000億元的水平。
