航天控股(00031.HK)附屬訴訟被判付逾1億人幣 準備上訴
航天控股(00031.HK)公布,就其60%間接附屬公司深圳航天分別與航科后海和華保潤解除租約和訴訟等事宜,接獲廣東省深圳市南山區人民法院有關航科后海訴訟二判決。深圳航天被判向航科后海支付經營損失1.19億元人民幣(下同)、律師費30萬元、航科后海預付的案件受理費63.7萬元。深圳航天經諮詢中國法律顧問意見後,認為航科后海訴訟二判決中認定事實及適用法律錯誤,準備提出上訴。
另外,就航科后海訴訟三的判決,法院駁回航科后海全部訴訟請求,法院駁回深圳航天全部反訴請求。
