拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)遭法院判還2.62億人幣
拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)公布,有關華融資產以金融借款合同糾紛為由起訴公司及公司全資子公司。現時收到靜安法院8項傳票及民事起訴狀,確認華融資產享有借款本息合計約2.62億元人民幣。如果公司未按判決指定的期間履行給付金錢義務,應當依規定加倍支付遲延履行期間的債務利息。
集團指,該判決為一審判決,截至目前該判決尚未生效執行。鑑於公司已按照會計準則規定計提相關成本及利息費用等,公司預計本次訴訟案件不會對本期或期後利潤產生重大影響。最終影響將以案件後續進展及年度審計結果為準。
