達豐設備(02153.HK)2023財年業績大幅改善，積極優化營運及管理
格隆匯6月29日丨達豐設備(02153.HK)公佈，截至2023年3月31日止年度，公司權益持有人應占虧損為人民幣3580萬元，較截至2022年3月31日止年度減少人民幣8340萬元或175.2%。該減少主要由於(其中包括)(i)外幣貸款及其他外匯風險產生的匯兑虧損大幅增加約人民幣3720萬元；及(ii)2019冠狀病毒病疫情爆發及相應的控制措施(特別是在華東地區)致使部分項目被延誤及延後，從而影響集團的收益，導致收益減少。
截至2023年3月31日止年度，集團收益為人民幣7.708億元，同比有所減少，主要是由於2019冠狀病毒病疫情爆發及相應的控制措施(特別是在華東地區)，導致工程項目被延後及延誤。儘管公司的使用總噸米由截至2022年3月31日止年度的3,112,084增加至截至2023年3月31日止年度的3,192,710，塔式起重機使用每總噸米平均每月服務價格由人民幣279.0元下降至人民幣241.0元。於公吿日期，公司管理合共1,166台塔式起重機，配備塔式起重機旨在迎合公司客户於中國各地的專業EPC項目。
儘管面對諸多挑戰，集團積極優化營運及管理。集團的附屬公司已使用自行開發的軟件「TOP」及「愛建通」擴展數據化管理，以改善其管理及營運效率。公司繼續優化調整內部程序，進一步加強集團的業務營運。與此同時，集團致力追求高質量項目，積極尋求清潔能源、基建及公共建設的業務合約，尤其是大型塔式起重機配送服務，以提升下一個財政期間的業務及財務表現。
展望未來，公司將在"厚德、安全、卓越"的核心價值觀的引領下，繼續完善和聚焦集團可持續發展的戰略目標。通過在全集團範圍內完善數據化管理、實現資源共享、降本增效、積極探尋跨國業務這一系列舉措提高經營效益，實現集團的百年企業願景"做最好的建築設備服務供應商"。
