人匯屢創逾七個半月低 內房股重現弱勢 合景泰富及龍光續跌逾9%

期結日恆指低見18,870喘定，現報18,919，回吐252點或1.3%，總成交額僅656億元。
人民幣兌美元中間價今天繼續下調107點子，報7.2208，屢創逾七個半月低。內房股今天普遍捱沽，尤其是合景泰富(01813.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)兩連跌兼失10天線(0.98元及0.85)，前者股價低見0.93元，現報0.96元，續跌9.4%；後者低見0.78元，現報0.79元，續跌9.2%。
藍籌碧桂園(02007.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、寶龍(01238.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)及時代中國(01233.HK)跌逾3.5%-5.5%，後兩者沽壓最大，報1.51元及0.67元，股價失守10天線(1.57元及0.69元)。
越秀地產(00123.HK)、藍籌潤地(01109.HK)/龍湖(00960.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、合生創展(00754.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、融創中國(01918.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)及遠洋(03377.HK)跌近1.5%-4.5%，後兩者沽壓最大報1.15元及0.44元。
物管股也難獨善其身，合景悠活(03913.HK)、城悅服務(01755.HK)、中海物業(02669.HK)、保利物業(06049.HK)、雅生活(03319.HK)、世茂服務(00873.HK)、藍籌碧服(06098.HK)及融創服務(01516.HK)跌逾2%-5%，後兩者跑輸，股價均失守10天線，最低見9.83元及2.19元。
廣州住房公積金管理中心發佈通知，明確公積金落實二孩及以上家庭支持政策。通知明確，生育二孩及以上的家庭(至少一個子女未成年)使用住房公積金貸款購買首套自住住房的，住房公積金貸款最高額度上浮30%。通知6月28日起實施，有效期五年。
