浙商銀行(02016.HK):擬深圳買樓與配股進度重合純屬巧合
內媒報道,對於浙商銀行(02016.HK)擬斥資約23億元在深圳購置辦公用房一事,浙商銀行迴應指出,是次買樓耗用的風險加權資產佔配股帶來的風險加權資產增量的比重僅1.5%,且租賃辦公用房也按照租賃期限而不同程度消耗風險加權資產,租賃或購買物業對核心一級資本充足率影響有區別,但均在較小範圍之內。
浙商銀行指出,購買辦公用房事項在公司內部經過多輪決策程序,董事會選擇此時審議並公告,主要是商務談判和履約進程方面考慮,與配股進度重合純屬巧合。該行公告顯示,買樓所用資金不來自於配股。
昨日(26日),浙商銀行公佈A股配股發行成功,認配率達96.32%,募資97.56億元人民幣(下同)。公司於週日(25日)披露擬購買深圳中洲濱海商業中心西塔第1至21層,總建築面積4.12萬平方米,總價22.65億元,連同其他費用約6,900萬元,合計資產購置費用約23.34億元。
