《即日市評》人行「對稱」降LPR 恆指續跌 藥明生物捱沽
受科網股拖累下,恆指今日(20日)持續向下。美股昨假期休市,至於歐洲三大股市隔晚(19日)下跌,主要因為投資者憂慮經濟前景;執筆之時,美國10年期債券孳息率升至3.785厘,美匯指數升至102.4,道指期貨最新跌111點或0.32%,納指期貨最新跌0.55%。人民幣即期跌161點收報7.1744兌一美元。上證綜指今日跌15點或0.47%,收3,240點,深證成指升0.28%,而滬深兩市成交額共近1.09萬億人民幣。 恆指今日(20日)低開49點後跌勢持續,一度跌408點曾低見19,504點,全日收報19,607點,跌305點或1.5%;國指跌121點或1.8%,收報6,654點;恆生科技指數跌103點或2.5%,報4,075點。大市全日成交總額944.4億元,滬、深港通南下交易全日分別淨流出8.49億及1.88億元。網信辦發布深度合成服務算法備案清單,科技股普遍下跌,騰訊(00700.HK)跌2%。阿里-SW(09988.HK)跌1.5%,美團-W(03690.HK)下滑3.4%。 【人行降LPR 內房股造淡】 內房股受壓,碧桂園(02007.HK)全日股價下挫6.8%,同系碧服(06098.HK)亦跌近7%。龍湖(00960.HK)跌4.9%。華潤置地(01109.HK)跌1.7%。高盛指出人行今日(20日)同時下調一年期及五年期貸款市場報價利率(LPR)0.1厘,至分別3.55%及4.2%,以引導有效貸款利率下行,提振貸款需求,促進經濟增長。雖然符合該行預期,但由於五年期LPR更能反映抵押貸款利率走向,可能令憧憬下調五年期LPR最少0.15厘以提振房地產行業情緒的預測者失望。 中金發表報告表示,內地6月首三周新房銷售未現季節性上升趨勢,供需雙弱是主因,內地6月首三周新房和二手房銷售面積均較5月基本持平,銷售呈現一定築底態勢;需要強調的是,6月通常為季節性的新房推盤和成交高峰期,但今年6月首三周重點城市推盤量較5月還降兩成。 【跌股千二隻 藥明生物挫】 港股今日市寬轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率為12比28(上日14比25),下跌股份1,207隻(跌幅2.7%),恆指成份股今日14隻股份上升,下跌股份60隻,升跌比率為18比75(上日為33比66);大市今日錄沽空156.39億元,佔可沽空股份成交額797.27億元的約19.616%(上日為25.376%)。 醫藥CRO(合同研究組織)概念股今日捱沽,藥明生物(02269.HK)急挫17%收38.75元,成交額38.15億元。藥明康德(02359.HK)下滑5.4%,康龍化成(03759.HK)股價挫10.5%,泰格醫藥(03347.HK)跌6.6%。 藥明生物近日公布,加入「科學碳目標倡議(SBTi)」,並提交科學碳目標承諾書,標誌著公司成為最早加入SBTi的生物藥CRDMO公司之一,為應對全球氣候變化發揮表率作用。公司首席執行官、ESG委員會主席陳智勝表示,未來將按照SBTi要求積極制定科學碳目標和減排行動計劃,不斷加大脫碳力度,為推動全球可持續發展貢獻積極力量。
