國統局:房地產市場目前還面臨不少困難 惟有望逐步企穩
國家統計局新聞發言人付凌暉表示,今年2、3月份,隨著經濟運行恢復常態化運行,前期受到壓抑的住房需求較快釋放,房地產市場出現一定反彈。隨著經濟運行逐步恢復到正常軌道,房地產市場也逐步進入常態化恢復運行態勢。
付凌暉指出,從5月份情況看,房地產市場總體平穩,但受到多重因素影響,房地產開發建設仍比較低迷,房地產市場還在緩慢恢復。儘管房地產市場仍在恢復,但房地產目前還面臨不少困難。從下階段看,隨著經濟恢復向好,穩定房地產市場政策顯效,市場預期好轉,房地產市場有望逐步企穩。
