港股午評：恒科指升2.1%，科技股、半導體上揚，三桶油逆勢下挫
格隆匯6月13日丨港股三大指數臨近午盤快速拉昇，恒生科技指數大幅上升2.1%表現最佳，恒指、國指均上升0.4%。南下資金半日淨流入15.77億港元，大市成交額為468億港元。
盤面上，權重科技股拉昇明顯助力大市轉好，百度升超4%，網易、阿里巴巴、小米、京東均升超2%，騰訊升1.8%；美國計劃延長對華半導體出口管制政策豁免期限，半導體股走強，龍頭中芯國際勁升近5%；蘋果股價昨日創收盤新高，或推出廉價版AR/VR頭顯，蘋果概念股齊升，手遊股、影視娛樂股、軍工股、汽車股、航空股現普升行情。 另一方面，石油需求前景擔憂，高盛半年內三次下調油價預期，三桶油逆勢下挫，重型基建股、體育用品股、內險股、電信股表現低迷，中國中鐵跌近4%。
板塊方面
半導體股走強，美國計劃延長對華半導體出口管制政策豁免期限。消息面上，美國計劃延長對華半導體出口管制政策的現有豁免期限，韓國和中國台灣的頂尖半導體制造商可以維持和擴大在中國的現有芯片製造業務。昨日美股半導體板塊升幅居前，台積電大升逾4%創15個月新高價。
蘋果概念股普升，蘋果股價昨日創收盤新高，或推出廉價版AR/VR頭顯。美股蘋果昨日收升1.56%，每股183.79美元，為歷史最高收盤價且逼近新高。公司市值更是達到2.89萬億美元，離3萬億大關僅相距1%左右的升幅。 此外，有消息稱蘋果正在努力開發一款更實惠的頭顯設備。知名蘋果爆料記者Mark Gurman撰文稱，蘋果目前的目標是在2025年底前發佈廉價版AR/VR頭顯。與此同時，該公司也在開發新版本的Vision Pro，該版本內置更快、性能更好的處理器。
國際油價重挫，“三桶油”齊跌，中海油和中石油跌超3%。高盛六個月來第三次下調油價預期，預計2023年年底的布倫特原油價格為86美元/桶，稱預計供應將增加，需求將減少。 美國公佈通脹數據及美聯儲議息前夕，高盛降低油價目標的消息、加深市場對原油需求顯著放緩的憂慮，國際油價週一受壓，紐約期油挫4.35%，每桶收報67.12美元；布蘭特期油急插3.94%，收報71.84美元。
個股方面
科笛上市次日大升超11%。科笛是一家專注於皮膚學的研發型生物製藥公司，由通和毓承和張樂樂創立，是一家“藥明系”公司。公司產品主要針對廣泛皮膚病治療及護理市場的四個主要領域，即毛髮疾病及護理、皮膚疾病及護理、局部脂肪堆積管理藥物、表皮麻醉。該公司是中國廣泛皮膚病治療及護理市場中為數不多的具備全面綜合能力的參與者之一，擁有涵蓋九個產品及候選產品的綜合產品管線，包括五個臨牀階段及四個臨牀前階段候選藥物，以滿足市場需求。信達證券最新研報稱，科笛有望成為消費結構變化下泛皮膚病領域高增速賽道的領導者。
思派健康繼續下跌超9%創新低，6日連跌45%，連續遭北水減持。6月9日，南向資金再度減持思派健康0.22萬股，錄得連續5日減持。截止當日收盤，港股通共持有公司52.10萬股。據悉，上市前思派健康已連續多年虧損，此前其公佈了上市後的首份財報，同樣大幅虧損，並且4年累虧近12億元。
