海隆控股(01623.HK)：簽訂五份鑽柱供應合同及一份井底裝配組件供應合同 合同價值總額約2670萬美元
格隆匯6月8日丨海隆控股(01623.HK)宣佈，集團近日簽訂了五份鑽柱供應合同及一份井底裝配(BHA)組件供應合同。上述合同的合同價值總額約為2670萬美元。
公司的間接全資附屬公司Hilong PPC近日已與ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC簽訂鑽柱供應合同，以為兩台陸上鑽機提供鑽柱。ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC是Abu Dhabi National Oil Company的附屬公司，從事為常規及非常規油氣藏提供自始至終的鑽探及建設服務。公司的間接全資附屬公司上海海隆石油鑽具有限公司近日已分別與寶雞石油機械有限責任公司簽訂兩份鑽柱供應合同及與四川宏華石油設備有限公司簽訂一份鑽柱供應合同。寶雞石油機械有限責任公司是中國石油天然氣集團的附屬公司，從事油田機械及設備製造。四川宏華石油設備有限公司是宏華集團有限公司(股份代號：196)的附屬公司，從事石油設備製造。Hilong PPC與EDC簽訂鑽柱供應合同，以提供鑽桿及焊接重型鑽桿。這是集團在過去12個月內第二份來自EDC的訂單。上述鑽柱供應合同的合同價值總額約為2230萬美元。董事會相信鑽柱供應合同將進一步鞏固集團在中東的地位，展現本集團繼續努力與高端客户密切合作並獲得對其鑽柱生產、交付及服務價值的認同。
Hilong PPC與Arabian Drilling Company簽訂BHA組件供應合同，以為六台陸上鑽機提供完整的BHA組件。上述BHA組件供應合同的合同價值總額約為440萬美元。董事會相信此乃於沙特阿拉伯的一個重大突破，為集團尋求與該地區其他陸上及海上油氣鑽探公司的進一步商機鋪路。
於公吿日期，ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC、寶雞石油機械有限責任公司、四川宏華石油設備有限公司、Arabian Drilling Company、Egyptian Drilling Company及其最終實益擁有人為獨立於公司及其關連人士且與其並無關連的第三方。
