格隆匯6月6日丨至純科技(603690.SH)近期接受特定對象調研時表示,系統集成業務與下游資本開支強相關,不論是成熟製程還是先進製程,前期需先從系統集成業務開始,系統集成業務增速較快也能一定程度上反映出下游的發展動態。製程設備相對較滯後於系統集成業務,目前仍在技術交流與商務洽談中,訂單落地情況需關注二三季度。考慮到三季度日本緊隨美國之後開始正式實施限制政策對下游客户可能帶來的影響,公司2023年度製程設備新增訂單目標設立較為保守。
