《大行報告》花旗上調領展(00823.HK)目標價至61.4元 評級「買入」
花旗發表研究報告指,領展(00823.HK)近期股價表現疲弱,相信是由於美聯儲局就未來加息取態趨於鷹派,以及領展2023財年錄得利息支出所導致的3%盈利損失。
該行指,考慮到領展每基金單位分派攤薄的影響已於年度業績中反映,該行預測領展2024至2026財年每基金單位分派年複合增長率可恢復至5%。
花旗指,供股計劃完成後領展資產負債表改善,股息回報率達6%,相信一旦息口見頂,領展吸引力將提升,該行重申「買入」評級,目標價升至61.4元。
