基石科技控股(08391.HK)：正式推出Cornerstone BUSINESS新業務分部 提供電動車綠色交通試驗倡議
格隆匯5月30日丨基石科技控股(08391.HK)宣佈，公司間接全資附屬公司基石電動車充電服務有限公司正式推出名為Cornerstone BUSINESS的新業務分部。Cornerstone BUSINESS提供電動車綠色交通試驗倡議，該倡議為集團創造的生態系統。該生態系統連接集團的合作伙伴們例如房地產開發商、運輸物流公司及運輸行業協會等，以促進電動商用車的採用。
Cornerstone BUSINESS的目標客户為商業車輛的司機。他們的維生職業為向其自己的客户收取運輸費用，把貨物及乘客從一處地理位置裝載及移動到另一處。Cornerstone BUSINESS為該等司機提供一個生態系統，去與平台物流公司溝通尋求訂單、去租用電動商用車及能使用路程沿途的電動車充電設施。董事會認為，Cornerstone BUSINESS將與Cornerstone HOME及Cornerstone GO等現有服務品牌達至相輔互補。
以往不少職業司機擔心要花時間揾電動車充電器及排隊充電會影響其分秒必爭的生計，導致綠色轉型出現了暫緩。但隨着香港經濟從疫情復常，現時政府已主動和業界及車輛製造商溝通合作，以期加快推動電動及新能源商用車在香港的使用。政府特別為商業車輛轉用零碳排放車輛定下了目標，在2025年或以前推動電動公共交通工具及電動商用車的路線圖，有見於政府已作之電動商用車試驗反饋為正面，政府也另訂了目標在二零二七年年底前投入約700輛電動巴士和約3000輛電動的士。基於這些政府目標和政府原有透過11億港元新能源運輸基金給與運輸界別的資助，本集團預計，超過100輛電動輕型貨車將於本年度被加進香港，而且之後幾年的每年新加數將數倍於此；以及預計輕型貨車和其他商用車輛的充電需求都將會隨時間而成長。
為了迎接電動商用車和充電方案在未來的龐大商機，Cornerstone BUSINESS已經率先投資及購入第一批電動輕型貨車，納入至旗下稱為eC-VAN的子品牌，以提供給一眾輕型貨車司機租作運輸營運用途。eC-VAN將能為司機們提供租賃、充電、泊車之一站式解決方案。另外，依託合作伙伴們的支持，Cornerstone BUSINESS亦已推出針對電動的士的子品牌稱為eC-TAXI，以及管理數碼化營運流程的子品牌稱為eC-FLEETPLATFORM。集團相信，配合Cornerstone GO已有的廣闊充電網絡先發優勢，Cornerstone BUSINESS的這三個子品牌能幫助電動商用車的司機們，付出相對較低的入場成本為低碳綠色物流作出貢獻。
