上海電力(600021.SH):多品種債務融資工具註冊申請獲准
格隆匯5月30日丨上海電力(600021.SH)公佈,公司董事會及股東大會審議批准,公司向中國銀行間市場交易商協會(以下簡稱“交易商協會”)申請統一註冊發行多品種融資工具。公司於近日收到交易商協會下發的《接受註冊通知書》(中市協注[2023]TDFI17號),交易商協會決定接受公司債務融資工具註冊。本次註冊2年內有效,公司可在有效期內分期公開發行超短期融資券、短期融資券、中期票據、永續票據、資產支持票據、綠色債務融資工具等產品,也可定向發行相關產品。
