奇安信(688561.SH)佈局“數據安全” 千億藍海迎來國家隊
5月26日，2023貴陽數博會上，奇安信集團數據安全分公司揭牌成立，奇安信集團董事長齊向東出任總經理。新公司依託奇安信已有的技術研發、規劃諮詢、服務運營、市場營銷等優勢，將為中國1500億元市場規模的數據安全保護藍海市場注入新勢力。
奇安信素有網絡安全國家隊之稱，是A股市場當之無愧的“網安一哥”。此舉意味着網絡安全國家隊正式進軍數據安全領域，由董事長親自出任總經理，也意味着數據安全將成為公司未來重點佈局領域和資源投入方向。
中央網信辦5月23日發佈的《數字中國發展報吿(2022年)》顯示，2022年我國數字經濟規模達50.2萬億元，佔國內生產總值比重為41.5%。發展數字經濟上升為國家發展戰略，數據安全則成為保障數字經濟健康發展的重要基石。隨着數字經濟迅速發展，數據安全風險與日俱增，數據泄露、篡改、濫用等事件頻發。工信部、國家網信辦、國家發展改革委等十六部門聯合發佈《關於促進數據安全產業發展的指導意見》稱，預計到2025年，我國數據安全產業規模將超過1500億元。
當前，數據安全已成為數字經濟的安全底板，也直接關係到國家安全。今年3月，中央組建了國家數據局，從頂層政策設計、基礎制度建設層面，統籌數字經濟的“發展與安全”問題，為我國數據安全產業的發展提供了指導和推動力。
中泰證券在研報中表示，數據安全備受國家重視，高發展目標牽引支撐產業高景氣。國泰君安提到，數字經濟意識不斷加深，迎來了確定性的發展機遇。而數據安全作為國家安全的基礎，也將持續保障數字經濟發展。
數據安全是網絡安全重要熱門市場，且具有非常廣闊的發展前景與市場需求。隨着互聯網的快速發展，信息化程度的不斷提升和數據時代的到來，原有的保護方式已無法滿足當下的安全需求。齊向東吿訴記者，我國數字經濟正進入專業化的發展推進階段，數據產業將會迎來更加嚴格的數據安全標準和監管要求；同時數據作為新型生產要素的重要性日益凸顯，數據泄露等事件頻發催生了巨大的安全需求。因此，安全企業亟待在創新能力提升、標準體系建設、技術產品推廣應用、產業生態構建等方面實現明顯進展，基於這些背景，奇安信正式成立數據安全分公司。
伴隨政策東風，奇安信新成立的數據安全分公司，將充分依託公司在數據安全領域積累的三大優勢實現高速發展。首先是組織優勢，通過集團董事長兼任分公司總經理來落實“一把手”工程，保障公司對於數據安全的戰略聚焦和資源投入；其次是研發創新優勢，通過多年堅持的“強研發”戰略，加速數據安全全產品體系的研發和創新，實現全鏈條、全週期的覆蓋；最後是規模優勢，財報顯示，奇安信2022年數據安全產品收入同比增速超55%，遠高於行業平均增速，IDC等權威報吿也顯示，奇安信數據安全業務在所有網絡安全廠商中排名第一。
據悉，在本次數博會上，奇安信集團正式對外發布業內首款實現“能看清、能管好、能防住”的數據安全保護系統“奇安天盾”，為客户提供以“零事故”為目標的數據安全全鏈條防護能力，進而加速數據要素市場培育和數據價值釋放，為數字中國建設和數字經濟發展築牢安全底板。
