瑞穗金融斥5.5億美元收購投資銀行Greenhill
日本銀行業巨頭瑞穗金融集團(Mizuho Financial Group)擴大於美國的投資銀行業務,同意以每股15美元的全現金交易收購Greenhill(GHL.US),較股份上周五(19日)收市價溢價121%,交易包括債務在內估值為5.5億美元。
交易計劃在今年年底前完成,料瑞穗將接受370名員工,而Greenhill將繼續於全球15個地點展開業務。
收購消息傳出後Greenhill周一(23日)股價升幅逾倍,最新報14.68美元,升116.5%。
