360與智譜AI宣佈戰略合作，共同研發千億級大語言模型“360GLM”
5月16日，三六零(601360.SH，下稱“360”)和智譜AI宣佈達成戰略合作，雙方共同研發的千億級大模型“360GLM”已具備新一代認知智能通用模型水準。
雙方合作研發， 這也是基礎模型和應用場景的一次有效結合。360集團創始人周鴻禕曾多次表示，微軟作為產業公司補齊了OpenAI的工程化、場景化、產品化和商業化能力，是微軟和OpenAI珠聯璧合的分工模式促成了這次人工智能拐點的湧現。國內應當建立大型科技企業+重點科研機構的產研協同創新模式，打造中國的“微軟+OpenAI”組合引領大模型技術攻關。他表示，此次與智譜AI合作，正是借鑑了這種產研協同關係。
(360大模型戰略佈局)
據介紹，智譜AI是國內頂級人工智能科技公司，被評價為國內“最具OpenAI氣質和水準”的AI公司。去年11月，斯坦福大學大模型中心對全球30個主流大模型進行全方位評測，智譜AI研發的雙語千億級超大規模預訓練模型GLM-130B 是亞洲唯一入選的大模型，測評結果顯示，其準確性等關鍵指標與OpenAI、谷歌大腦、微軟和英偉達等公司的大模型接近或持平，全球已有70個國家1000餘家機構申請使用。團隊研發的ChatGLM在GLM-130B 上通過有監督微調等技術實現人類意圖對齊；支持英偉達和華為昇騰、海光及申威等國產芯片進行訓練和推理，開源的 ChatGLM-6B 模型全球下載超過160萬，持續兩週位列 Huggingface 全球模型趨勢榜榜首。
對於此次合作，智譜AI CEO張鵬表示，智譜AI一直堅持着自己的願景：讓機器像人一樣思考，實現Model as a Service（MaaS）的理念。360擁有國內先進的多模態研發團隊，在AI技術上有長期積累，疊加搜索、瀏覽器等場景優勢，將成為智譜AI強有力的研發合作伙伴，同時在訓練數據、強化學習、工程調優、用户場景和商業化等方面帶來有益補充。我們相信，在雙方的緊密協作下，大模型技術將獲得更加廣泛、深入的落地場景，賦能更多行業。
據瞭解，通過此次合作，360形成了自主研發+合作研發“雙引擎”驅動的大模型佈局。今年3月，360自研的千億級大模型“360GPT”亮相，已經在智能搜索、AI生圖等場景測評中取得亮眼成績。360GLM與360GPT兩個千億級模型在能力上各有優勢，相為補充，未來在應用層將實現無縫對接，為用户提供絲滑的使用體驗。智譜AI也將在本次合作的基礎上，進一步拓展、加深大模型技術的應用落地，幫助更多行業提升效率與體驗。
