格隆匯5月4日丨浙商銀行(02016.HK)公佈,由於年度股東大會第5項有關2022年度利潤分配方案之普通決議案已獲批准通過,董事會欣然宣佈以下有關派發2022年度現金股息予股東的詳情:
本行將派發2022年度現金股息共計約人民幣44.66億元,每10股派發人民幣2.10元(含税)。本行所派2022年度末期股息將以人民幣計值和宣派,A股股東以人民幣支付,H股股東以等值港幣支付,港幣兑人民幣匯率將按照本行年度股東大會召開日(即2023年5月4日)前七個工作日中國人民銀行網站公佈的人民幣兑換港幣平均匯率中間價計算。據此,每股H股的應付2022年度末期股息金額為0.238824港元(含税)。
2022年度末期股息預計將於2023年5月31日派發予H股股東。
