《大行報告》瑞銀:交行(03328.HK)首季收入勝預期 料第三季淨息差回穩
瑞銀報告指出,交通銀行(03328.HK)首季收入勝預期,主因期內投資收益增長理想,惟部份被淨利息收入下跌4.4%及手續費及佣金淨收入跌7.7%所抵銷,料第三季淨息差回穩,因看到首季新貸款收益率按季有改善,並且當理財產品/基金的投資收益率趨於穩定時,定期存款增長可能放緩。
在收入及利潤增長方面,雖然交行旗下投資收益推動首季度收入增長,惟下行壓力依然存在;交行管理層預計,在對淨息差、貸款增長和風險進行適當管理的情況下,該行能夠在2023年實現收入和利潤的正增長。該行預計市場反應中性,給予交行目標價4.9元,評級「中性」。
