易居企業控股(02048.HK)：延長不可撤銷重組支持邀請，就新計劃項下的重組已獲得積極支持
格隆匯5月1日丨易居企業控股(02048.HK)公佈，公司日期為2023年4月3日的公吿，內容有關不可撤銷重組支持邀請。公司謹此宣佈，公司已將重組支持協議截止期限由2023年4月28日下午四時正(倫敦時間)延長至2023年5月19日的下午四時正(倫敦時間)(“延長的重組支持協議截止期限”)。持有人於該延長的重組支持協議截止期限前向重組支持協議提交正式籤立的加入契約及受限制票據通知，即為支付重組指導費的條件。重組支持協議及該公吿所載的不可撤銷重組支持邀請的所有其他條款及條件將維持不變。與不可撤銷重組支持邀請有關的所有文件及材料可於交易網站https://sites.dfkingltd.com/E-House查閲(視乎資格而定)。
公司欣然宣佈，截至公吿日期，其就新計劃項下的重組已獲得積極支持。公司已獲得約50.43%計劃債權人(不包括受阻計劃債權人持有的舊票據本金額)的支持。該等計劃債權人包括(i)目前與公司、財務顧問、資料代理及公司其他顧問正商討完成籤立加入契約及受限制票據通知相關手續且已有效提交電子同意指示的舊票據持有人以及(ii)可換股票據持有人。該等舊票據持有人須受重組支持協議的約束，猶如彼等在有效簽署及提交其各自的加入契約及受限制票據通知後以同意債權人身份為該協議的原有訂約方。
公司誠摯並持續邀請各舊票據持有人於該延長的重組支持協議截止期限前提交正式簽署的重組支持協議加入契約及受限制票據通知，以使得重組能夠以符合持有人及公司整體利益的有效方式進行。
為提交正式簽署的加入契約及受限制票據通知，計劃債權人必須確保：
(i)根據相關清算系統的規定向相關清算系統提交有效的電子同意指示以交付同意書；及
(ii)於延長的重組支持協議截止期限(即2023年5月19日下午四時正(倫敦時間))前透過https://sites.dfkingltd.com/E-House以電子方式交付已填妥及籤立的加入契約及受限制票據通知。交付加入契約及受限制票據通知的流程及表格可於交易網站查閲。
