通用技術集團與貝康醫療-B(02170.HK)簽訂戰略協議，打造生育健康產業鏈流通平台
2021年10月，蘇州市政府與通用技術集團簽署了戰略合作框架協議，通過中國通用技術集團的大規模的供應鏈流通平台，快速幫助蘇州企業做大產業規模，幫助蘇州培育獨角獸企業。2022年4月13日，中國通用技術集團與蘇州貝康醫療戰略合作簽約儀式在蘇州工業園區成功舉行。此次戰略合作，致力打破輔助生殖領域國外的長期壟斷，推動醫療器械產品的國產化替代。

此次戰略合作，貝康醫療將通過通用技術集團供應鏈流通平台為醫療機構提供生育健康全生育週期解決方案相應的設備、試劑盒以及耗材，推動質優價廉的國產化醫療器械擴容下沉，滿足廣大羣眾對生育健康服務的需求；通用技術集團將充分發揮其產業優勢和規模優勢，助力貝康醫療產品的規模化佈局，提升產業化水平，提高國產化產品競爭力。
雙方將共同構建孕前、產前和新生兒的出生缺陷三級預防網絡，構建實驗室的標準化和規範化體系，促進醫療資源的共享和協同；同時，結合雙方的醫療資源優勢，進一步進行戰略合作研發，藉助通用技術集團資本實力，穩妥推動產品併購，做大產業規模，助力產業創新，提高企業競爭力；此外，雙方將基於貝康醫療在生育健康領域的成功經驗，藉助通用技術集團的大力推動，為基層醫療機構提供新的工作模式，切實響應國家優生優育政策，讓高性價比的國產化產品惠及更多百姓，助力中國生育健康的大政方針。未來，雙方將持續深化合作，攜手推動生育健康領域的發展，進一步為提升基層醫療機構服務能力貢獻力量，守護廣大羣眾的生育健康。
