日照港裕廊(06117.HK)擬1.08億元收購山東物業
格隆匯3月31日丨 日照港裕廊(06117.HK)公吿,於2023年3月31日,公司與日照港集團訂立土地使用權出讓合約,據此,日照港集團同意以總代價人民幣1.08億元出讓物業的土地使用權,惟須待獨立股東於股東特別大會上批准後,方可作實。"物業"指1號倉庫、木片堆垛場消防泵房、散糧二期玉米裝卸變電站及散糧一期及二期筒倉(地址為中國山東省日照市上海路以南、海濱五路以東)以及散糧三期2號變電站及散糧三期中控樓(地址為中國山東省日照市石臼街道北京路以東、新良路以南)。
為進一步提升公司的運營水平,公司擬購置日照港集團部分土地資產,以用於滿足公司的物業房產管理需求,增強資產完整性,並有效降低物業租賃成本,有利於公司長遠發展,也符合公司及股東的整體利益。
