港股異動 | 深圳控股升超11% 2022年扭虧為盈至20.9億港元 今年合同銷售目標230億元
格隆匯3月30日丨深圳控股(0604.HK)跳空高開,現拉昇升超11%,報1.39港元,總市值124億港元。公司昨晚公吿,2022年權益股東應占溢利20.9億港元,每股基本盈利為23.43港仙,實現扭虧為盈。集團全年銷售保持平穩,較去年上升0.6%,優於市場水平。公司預計2023年可售貨值超過450億元,合同銷售目標為230億元,計劃增長約20%。
