關預期減少主要由於以不利的市場情況導致按公允價值計入損益之投資之未變現公允價值重大下降;物業銷售及顧問諮詢服務的收入和銷售建築材料的收入顯著減少;缺少於2021同期錄得的視作出售於一家合營企業的投資的重大收益;部分扣除利息收入的增加,行政費用的減少,以及期內錄得視同出售於聯營公司的投資的收益和出售於一家合營企業的收益。
