人汇创逾三周高 多只内房止跌回升 佳兆业(01638.HK)弹近22%
恒指继今早急弹497点至19,745遇阻后,下午曾回顺至19,431获承接,现报19,519,回升271点或1.4%,总成交额仅858亿元。
人民币兑美元中间价今天进一步上调269点,报6.868创逾三星期高。内房股今天全线造好,尤其是佳兆业(01638.HK)终止三连跌,股价由上市低位反弹近22%报0.395元,成交7,227万股。
时代中国(01233.HK)及宝龙(01238.HK)终止七连跌,股价分别由逾四个月低位及逾三个月低位反弹,最高见0.98元及1.41元,现报0.93元及1.36元,齐弹约8%。旭辉(00884.HK)、中骏(01966.HK)及龙光(03380.HK)弹逾4%-8%,曾分别高见0.78元、0.84元及1.06元。盈警料去年核心亏损最少30亿人民币的正荣地产(06158.HK)弹7.3%曾高见0.285元。
绿城(03900.HK)、雅居乐(03383.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及金茂(00817.HK)终止连日跌势,股价回升2.5%-5%,后者弹力最强曾高见1.54元。
蓝筹内房龙湖(00960.HK)及日前盈警料去年业绩转蚀55-75亿人民币碧桂园(02007.HK)终止七连跌,股价分别由逾三个月及逾四个月低位回升,最高见21.6元及2.15元,现报20.9元及2.08元,回升4%及3.5%。润地(01109.HK)五连跌力守牛熊线,今天股价重越百天线(34.4元),最高见35.35元,现报34.75元,回升1.8%。中海外(00688.HK)回升1.9%曾高见19.6元。
万科(02202.HK)及美的置业(03990.HK)回升逾2%及3.5%,股价曾分别高见12.82元及10.16元。
物管股也普遍弹近2%-5.5%,尤其是世茂服务(00873.HK)止跌回升,最高见2.19元,现报2.15元,回升4.9%。蓝筹碧服(06098.HK)也终止七连跌,股价高见13.28元,现报12.8元,回升3.7%。同为蓝筹的华润万象(01209.HK)回升2%曾高见42.6元(暂受制10天线42.7元)。
