保誠(02378.HK)2022年經調整經營溢利升8%至33.75億美元 全年派息18.78美分
格隆匯3月15日丨保誠(02378.HK)公佈2022年度業績,集團實現來自持續經營業務的年度保費等值銷售額增加9%(按實質匯率基準增加5%)至43.93億美元,代理及銀行保險渠道於2022年下半年度均實現年度保費等值銷售額增長;由於銷售額升幅被利率上升及業務組合效應所抵銷,新業務利潤減少11%(按實質匯率基準減少14%)至21.84億美元;經調整經營溢利增加8%(按實質匯率基準增加4%)至33.75億美元。
歐洲內含價值經營溢利增加15%(按實質匯率基準增加12%)至39.52億美元。歐洲內含價值股東權益為422億美元,相當於每股1534美分;超出集團訂明資本要求的集團監管股東資本盈餘為156億美元,相當於覆蓋率為307%(2021年:320%);壽險及資產管理業務賺取的經營自由盈餘增加9%(按實質匯率基準增加6%)至21.93億美元;第二次中期股息每股13.04美分,全年度為每股18.78美分,增長9%。
Prudential plc集團執行總裁Anil Wadhwani(華康堯)表示:“2022年是本集團轉型為一間專注亞洲及非洲業務的公司的首個完整年度。在2019冠狀病毒病疫情的影響及更廣泛的宏觀經濟波動的背景下,我們再次錄得穩健業績表現,足證我們的多元化業務模式在整個亞洲地區的優勢,尤其體現在香港、中國內地及台灣與東南亞(包括新加坡、印尼及馬來西亞)對年度保費等值銷售額及新業務利潤的均衡貢獻。
整個地區取消與2019冠狀病毒病相關的大部分限制,加上中國內地經濟逐步開放,為2023年奠定良好開局,銷售額按年錄得理想增長,截至2023年2月止兩個月的集團年度保費等值銷售額較去年增加15%9。在香港,隨着當局放寬旅遊限制,來自中國內地的跨境流量逐漸增加。香港業務方面,客户對儲蓄產品需求殷切,帶動2023年首兩個月的年度保費等值銷售額增長。
