复星国际(00656.HK)作价136亿人民币悉售南京南钢60%股权
复星国际(00656.HK)公布,落实向独立第三方沙钢集团悉数出售南京南钢60%持股,代价135.8亿人民币。为顺利推进出售事项,复星将向南钢股份(600282.SH)收购万盛(603010.SH)29.5645%股权,现金代价26.5亿人民币,将以自有资金及/或融资组合方式支付。
公司估计,出售事项税前收益约8.3亿人民币,所得款项拟用作一般资金用途。目前,南京南钢持有南钢股份59.1%股权。万盛为全球最主要的磷阻燃剂生产商、供应商之一。
