格隆匯3月12日丨天馬科技(603668.SH)公佈，公司及合併報表範圍內子公司已於近期通過收購股權、收購資產及自建等形式進一步提升鰻魚養殖產能，預計新增養殖基地投產後將增加年產能超5000噸。
公司鰻鱺生態智慧養殖業務是基於公司全產業鏈戰略佈局和水產養殖產業規模化發展的需要，具有良好的市場發展前景和經濟效益。作為中國漁業協會鰻業工作委員會會長單位和中國漁業協會種苗分會副會長單位，公司正不斷夯實鰻魚全產業鏈龍頭企業地位，進一步加快八大漁業產業集羣建設，立足福建，橫跨廣東、廣西、江西、湖北、湖南、安徽、浙江等省，加速推動兩大萬畝產業基地、十大食品基地建設，有力有序穩步推進鰻鱺數字化、智能化全產業鏈佈局，着力打造“養殖規模最大、智慧水平最高、生態效益最優、綜合實力最強”的國家級現代農業(鰻魚)高新技術產業園區。
截至目前，公司福建、廣東、廣西、江西、湖北等養殖生產基地均已投產。公司及合併報表範圍內子公司已於近期在福建寧德、南平、三明、江西高安及上饒等地區，通過收購股權、收購資產及自建等形式進一步提升鰻魚養殖產能；同時，公司同步加快推進自有八大漁業產業集羣工廠化循環水生態養殖基地的建設進度，預計新增養殖基地投產後將增加年產能超5000噸。公司鰻鱺生態智慧養殖業務受益於較高市場景氣度，疊加公司養殖產業基地建設項目的加快推進和產能的有效釋放，將持續為公司帶來穩定的利潤貢獻。
