北方礦業(00433.HK):停牌補救期獲延長至9月30日
北方礦業(00433.HK)公布,於周三(8日)收到上市覆核委員會函件,經審慎考慮一切事實及證據以及該集團及上市科提交所有資料後,上市覆核委員會決定推翻除牌決定,批准將停牌補救期延長至今年9月30日。
集團指,上市覆核委員會已考慮到公司於今年2月10日授出採礦牌照續期,使鉬礦業務重新開始營運;於2月21日簽訂重組協議;及投資者早已根據重組協議向公司墊付資金,並同意提供最多4,000萬元,以實施完成建議重組所需的任何進一步步驟。
公司股份自2021年4月1日起暫停買賣,並將繼續停牌,直至另行通知。
