「林海山城VILLA LUCCA」獲滿意紙 推出53伙招標
由希慎興業(00014.HK)及香港興業國際(00480.HK)合作發展、位處大埔露輝路半山低密度海景1豪華府邸「林海山城VILLA LUCCA」,剛獲批滿意紙。發展商宣布本月陸續安排買家收樓,並推出53個單位於3月11日以招標形式發售。
希慎興業寫字樓業務及住宅業務總監葉慕貞表示,「林海山城VILLA LUCCA」今天上載之銷售安排10號,推出53伙,將以招標方式於3月11日發售。招標發售單位當中,包括34個標準單位、6個頂層連天台特色戶,以及11個地下連花園特色單位,實用面積由1,028至2,745平方呎,屬2房1套房至4房3套房間隔。推出物業亦包括2幢洋房,實用面積為3,322及3,245平方呎,為5房2套房洋房戶型。
香港興業國際業務拓展及市務總經理林紅表示,截至現時為止,項目以招標形式售出共17伙,總成交金額為4.36億元,實用面積平均呎價為18,344元。
「林海山城VILLA LUCCA」,總項目佔地面積廣達34萬平方呎,由14幢分層大樓及34座洋房組成,提供262戶,實用面積皆為逾千呎大宅,間隔由2房至5房不等。
