恆指午後曾漲逾百點越20,700 「三桶油」、濠賭股及聯想漲2%-4%

國務院總理李克強發表任內最後一份《政府工作報告》，將今年經濟增長目標定於5%左右。《報告》提出，要着力擴大內需，加快建設現代化產業體系，大力發展數字經濟及更大力度吸引外資。同時，要深化國資國企改革，提高國企核心競爭力。
恆指繼上週累彈557點或2.8%結束連跌4周後，今早反覆回吐157點考驗20,400獲承接，半日反覆倒升8點後，下午反覆升破今早所造高位20,660，最多升135點高見20,702，現報20,638，續升71點或0.3%，總成交額848億元。
藍籌股榮辱互見，工信部部長稱將加快6G網絡研發。三大中資電訊股曾齊漲逾4%破頂，藍籌中移動(00941.HK)及聯通(00762.HK)高見64.75元及6.54元；非藍籌京信通信(02342.HK)漲7.8%曾高見1.62元創52周新高；鐵塔(00788.HK)及中通服(00552.HK)也升逾5.5%-6%，報0.94元及3.78元。
聯想(00992.HK)漲逾4%曾高見7.7元創逾七個月高。出口股創科(00669.HK)、恆隆地產(00101.HK)、中電(00002.HK)、長和(00001.HK)、長建(01038.HK)及九倉置業(01997.HK)升近2%-2.5%。
國際油價四連漲，「三桶油」中石油(00857.HK)、中海油(00883.HK)及中石化(00386.HK)漲約2%-3%。此外，信義光能(00968.HK)隨光伏股續升4%報9.41元，逼近50天線(9.43元)。
濠賭股銀娛(00027.HK)及金沙(01928.HK)反覆續升逾2%。提前推「百億補貼」的京東(09618.HK)曾升逾3%高見190.7元，現報188.2元，續升1.9%。
金融股普遍造好，友邦(01299.HK)、中銀(02388.HK)、工行(01398.HK)及港交所(00388.HK)反覆升逾1%。
然而，中國平安(02318.HK)及招行(03968.HK)跌2.4%及3.7%，報55.8元及42.65元，前者股價重失20天及50天線，後者重失10天線。此外，權重股騰訊(00700.HK)、阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)及百度(09888.HK)反覆跌不足1%。
料全年少賺逾半碧服(06098.HK)失守10天線，今早最多挫逾11%至14.22元獲承接，現報15.36元，僅回吐4.2%；其母企碧桂園(02007.HK)也重失10天及20天線，最多跌6.4%至2.47元，現報2.55元，回吐3.4%。然而，中海外(00688.HK)反覆續升1.7%報20.75元。
藥明生物(02269.HK)、阿裏健康(00241.HK)、安踏(02020.HK)、中升(00881.HK)、信義玻璃(00868.HK)及海爾智家(06690.HK)也跌1%-3.5%。
